Data Deletion

You can remove your data from MNCL360 at any time. Choose the option that matches what you want to delete.

Disconnect an advertising account

This removes our access to a connected Meta or Google advertising account and deletes the performance data we retrieved from it.

• Sign in at app.mncl360.com
• Go to Settings → Integrations
• Select the connected account and choose Disconnect

Access is revoked immediately. Performance data retrieved from that account is deleted within 30 days. Your own records — clients, notes, tasks — are unaffected.

Delete your whole workspace

This removes everything: clients, team members, activity history, reports and any connected account data.

• Sign in as a workspace administrator
• Go to Settings → Billing and choose Delete workspace

Or email privacy@mncl360.com from the address on your account. We will confirm before deleting anything.

Deletion completes within 90 days, after which your data is removed from active systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our provider's rolling retention cycle. Billing records are retained where tax law requires.

Delete data held about you personally

If your personal data is in a workspace you don't administer — for example you were a team member at an agency using MNCL360 — contact that workspace's administrator first, since they control it.

What we keep, and why

• Billing records — retained as long as tax law requires, typically seven years. These contain invoice and payment records, not workspace content.
• Security logs — retained up to 12 months for abuse prevention, then deleted.
