Partner FAQ
How is a referral credited to me?
Through your partner link. If an agency clicks it and signs up within 60 days, the account is credited to you. The last partner link clicked wins.
When do I get paid?
Commission is earned when the agency's payment clears. Once your balance reaches $100 we pay it out by bank transfer. Refunded payments are deducted from your balance.
Do trials count?
No. Commission starts with the agency's first paid invoice, not the free trial.
Do I need to be an MNCL360 customer?
No. Many partners are consultants, coaches and community owners who never run the software themselves.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application by hand and reply by email, usually within a few business days. Approved partners receive their link, portal access and partner materials.
